If you are not competent in the use of the product you ordered - please obtain professional instruction. You can visit our lessons product page for more information.

You agree that we may hold your details for the purpose of completing your order, or contacting you regarding the newsletter, promotions & specials.

Most new products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only.

Terms & conditions of shipping: any damages to new items will be covered by the shipping insurance if you choose to have it.

 Items lost in shipping will be dealt directly with the shipping company in conjunction with Sunshine Coast Kitesurfing Co. 

The purchaser will be issued with a tracking number. It is the purchasers responsibility to keep track of their item in transit. By signing for delivery of your product you are accepting the goods to your satisfaction, any damages are to be reported to Sunshine Coast Kitesurfing Co within 24 hours & photo supplied. 

Unauthorised or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the Sunshinecoastkitesurfing site is prohibited.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

But you will receive a shop voucher for your next purchase because of the  inconvenience.
