Items lost in shipping will be dealt directly with the shipping company in conjunction with Sunshine Coast Kitesurfing Co.
The purchaser will be issued with a tracking number. It is the purchasers responsibility to keep track of their item in transit. By signing for delivery of your product you are accepting the goods to your satisfaction, any damages are to be reported to Sunshine Coast Kitesurfing Co within 24 hours & photo supplied.
